The Quay fine dining is a beautiful waterfront dining. It offers exquisite dining and cocktail experience blending innovative flavors from around the world.

We are set to open doors in Dec 24 and currently hiring for all roles - sous chef, front / wait staff and bartenders.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests .
Menu knowledge
Present guest check and take payment.
Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
Keep station and service areas clean and organized.
Complete duties without constant supervision.

Requirements

Available to work weekend and holiday shifts.
Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items.
Able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment.
Continuous standing, bending and lifting up to 25 pounds.
